Turns an event into a number a test can be judged on. The event must exist first: create it with Create an event. Needs an editor or publisher key.

The metric was created.
The key is missing, wrong, revoked or expired.
The key is a viewer (forbidden), the plan has no API access (feature_unavailable), or the account cannot make changes right now (account_read_only).
Nothing at this address, or it belongs to a project the key cannot reach.
A field is missing or wrong, or the plan does not include guardrails. errors lists each field under the name you sent it as.
Too many calls. Wait for the number of seconds in Retry-After.
