Create an event
POST/projects/:project/events
Declares a new event on the project. Which other fields are required depends on type. Our script starts detecting it on your site the next time it loads its settings. Needs an editor or publisher key.

The key is missing, wrong, revoked or expired.
The key is a viewer (forbidden), the plan has no API access (feature_unavailable), or the account cannot make changes right now (account_read_only).
