Create an audience
POST/projects/:project/audiences
Saves a named set of conditions that any test in the project can then use. Needs an editor or publisher key, and a plan that includes saved audiences.
Each condition names a field and the values to compare it with. List audience fields returns every field and, for the ones with a fixed list, the values it takes. A country, for example, is US, not USA or United States.
